The v10 Fundy Designer Suite is compatible with MacOS 10.15 (Catalina) or newer, Windows 10 or newer, 64 bit and above. Fundy Designer requires your computer to have 8GB total ram. If you are experiencing any performance issues, our first recommendation is to make sure your application is up-to-date by going to Help > Check For Updates from the top menu of the software. An internet connection is required for registration and receiving updates

What album companies and labs are listed?

We currently have five lab partners that support direct ordering from Fundy Designer in the United States. GraphiStudio offers international direct ordering options. We also have more than 150+ design and print labs listed in the software. Click here to view all of our lab partners. 

What resolution and DPI do you recommend?

When exporting from Lightroom do not check the resize button. This will ensure that any lab or software has access to the full resolution of your photos. For more information about DPI and resolution, check out this manual.

How can I update my payment method?

To update your payment method, go to your MyFundy account. From there, click on the “Credit Card Settings and Billing Statements” link from there to access our billing portal.

How long can I use the trial?

There is no time limit on the trial. You are simply restricted from exporting any print files. Click here for more information about what’s included in the trial version.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is 30 days from purchase for all products. You can view our End User Licensing Agreement here

How do I get out of trial mode?

To get out of trial mode, go to Help > Log Out from the top menu of the software, then log back in again. Once you’ve done that, the software should recognize your license.

Can I lease the software for just one month?

The Fundy Designer Monthly Pro Lease Suite option requires a yearly commitment. One year is required before cancelling account.
